We are reviewing the Council's community information and advice service for adults. This is currently delivered from two community advice hubs in Chelmsley Wood Library and The Core in Solihull town centre and led by Age UK Solihull and a partnership of local organisations.
Update February 2025
In November we asked for your feedback about the current service and your ideas for the future. Thank you to everyone who took part.
As we continue to develop our ideas for the new approach we would like to involve you again. Please share your views by answering the questions in the survey below. It should take about 5-10 minutes.
The survey is open until Sunday 30 March 2025.
If you have any questions about the survey, or need it in a different format such as easy read, please contact us at getinvolved@solihull.gov.uk
Thank you for getting involved.
