HAF Providers' Survey 2025

As part of the government’s Best Start in Life mission, the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme has been extended for the next three financial years (from 2026/27). Read more on: Parents to save thousands in government cost of living support - GOV.UK.

Solihull Council is preparing to commission HAF provision for this next phase. As part of our programme review and in preparation for future procurement, we are seeking feedback from HAF providers on how the programme in Solihull can be improved and further developed.

We invite you to complete the HAF Providers’ Survey below to help us:

• Understand where the programme can be strengthened to better meet the needs of eligible children and families.
• Identify how providers can be supported to deliver high-quality provision across the borough.
