In April 2019 Solihull Council commissioned Gateway Family Services CIC to deliver a specialist stop smoking service for people living in Solihull. The service provides specialist support for people wanting to give up smoking or reduce harm, with a view to quitting in the longer term. We would like to find out what people think about the service to assess whether it is effective or how we can improve it.
The survey will take no longer than 5-10 minutes and closes on 1 October 2023.
