In April 2019 Solihull Council commissioned Gateway Family Services CIC to deliver a specialist stop smoking service for people living in Solihull. The service provides specialist support for people wanting to give up smoking or reduce harm, with a view to quitting in the longer term. We would like to find out what people think about the service to assess whether it is effective or how we can improve it.

The survey will take no longer than 5-10 minutes and closes on 1 October 2023.

  • Public survey

    This survey is for members of the public, their friends or family members who have used the service and anyone else who may benefit from the service in the future.  

    This survey will take between 5-10 minutes and closes at midnight on 1 October 2023.

  • Stakeholder survey

    This survey is for key stakeholders who have previously or could in the future refer clients to the Solihull Stop Smoking Service.

    Survey will take between 5-10 minutes to complete and closes at midnight on 1 October 2023.
