We will be considering the results of the consultation and presenting any resulting amendments to the CPH Climate Change & Planning Decision Session in January 2026. We will publish the new policy in February 2026.  

Solihull Council is reviewing the White House Way Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan and is seeking views. 

The document records the characteristics of the area and provides guidance for those looking to make changes, including specific planning requirements. 

A consultation takes place for six weeks from Tuesday 14 October until Tuesday 25 November.
