The Government has provided funding to local councils to support children aged 4 to 16 who are in full-time education and receive benefits-related free school meals (FSM). This programme, which is called Holiday Activities and Food (HAF), provides children with access to fun activities, a healthy meal, and education about healthy eating.
We would like to find out your opinion on the programme so we can understand what we're doing well and what we need to improve!

A child's attendance on the HAF programme should have a positive impact on the child and the parent/carer. This survey is to understand your child/rens' experience whilst attending the Holiday Activity and Food programme, as well as the impact their attendance had on you. By taking part in this survey you will have the chance to win a £50 supermarket voucher.
The survey should take no more than approximately 5 minutes to complete.
