The training is funded by the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) via Adult Education Budget (AEB). Solihull residents will be given priorities but the training is open to any residents of the WMCA area. It is only available to individuals who are:

• aged 19 or above;
• currently unemployed, or employed with an annual income under £30,000;
• have the right to work in the UK; and
• meet the relevant residency requirements.

• Course duration: about 4 weeks
• Date and time: Daytime training
• Mode of delivery: classroom-based and practical learning at the training provider's premises
