We are developing a new Adult Social Care 5 Year Plan for Solihull.
The document will cover the period 2027-2032 and setsout our key priorities to support adults with care needs and carers to live well, safely, and independently, as best as possible.
Before drafting the new plan, we want to hear from residents, carers, people who use services, community groups, providers, partners and other organisations.
We want to hear your personal experiences, priorities and views on the document.
