Solihull Council are searching for locations to place the first car club cars, working closely with private companies who would deliver the service on the Council’s behalf.
Did you know that the average car isn’t used 95% of the time? EV Car clubs offer instant access to brand new electric cars in and around your local area, removing the need for you to own one (or more). By becoming a member of a car club you only need to pay as you drive. Car clubs can be a cheaper alternative to a second car and are also suitable for those who don’t drive very often, but who still need access to a car for some journeys.
