The Larch Croft Housing Development is a proposal for 18 new homes to be built on the former Middlewood House site in Chelmsley Wood. This is part of Solihull Council's wider Accelerated Housing programme that aims to meet local housing needs in Solihull.
It is currently envisaged that the majority of these homes will be for social rent and will be managed by Solihull Community Housing (SCH) as part of the Council’s social housing stock.This 0.6. ha site is located in an existing residential neighbourhood, close to Chelmsley Wood Town Centre and Meriden Park; you can view this site's location using the map tab below.
The current proposals for the site provide:
6 one-bedroom maisonettes
4 two-bedroom houses
6 three-bedroom houses
2 four-bedroom houses.
